Booking conditions
How to book
Send us an enquiry using the form. The owner checks availability and replies by email with the bank account details. Your booking is confirmed once you pay the €300 booking deposit. Sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Rates
- Weekend, Friday afternoon to Sunday at 12 noon (2 nights): €800.
- Full week, all year round: €2,500.
- Bank holidays, long weekends, Christmas and New Year: price on request.
- Other stays: on request.
Final price for the whole house, up to 15 guests. VAT and tourist tax included. For other dates or stays, the price is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.
Minimum stay
4 nights, except for the Friday-to-Sunday weekend.
Payment
- Booking deposit: €300, which confirms the booking. It is paid by bank transfer or Bizum; the owner sends you the account details when she replies to your enquiry.
- Remaining amount: on the day of arrival, by bank transfer or Bizum.
Cancellation
- If you cancel 2 or more days before your arrival date, we refund the €300 booking deposit.
- If you cancel less than 2 days before your arrival date, the booking deposit is not refunded.
Security deposit
€300, separate from the booking deposit. It is left on arrival at the house and returned within 48 hours of departure at the latest, once everything has been checked.
Times
Weekends: check-in on Friday afternoon and check-out on Sunday at 12 noon. For other stays, check-in and check-out times are agreed with each guest when they send their enquiry.
Access
You cannot drive up to the house. You need to park in one of the village streets and walk the last stretch.
Capacity
The maximum capacity of the house is 15 people.
Pets
Pets are allowed, with a supplement of €40 per night per animal. Other conditions on request.
Documents on arrival
On arrival, each guest must show their ID card (DNI) or passport. The guest registration rules (Royal Decree 933/2021) require us to report their details to the Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalan police) within 24 hours: identity, contact details, dates of the stay and payment method.
House rules
- No smoking inside the house.
- Please leave the house as you found it.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish consolidated consumer protection law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, because this is an accommodation service for specific dates. The cancellation policy in these conditions applies.
Complaint forms
The house has the official complaint forms available to guests, and a notice informing about them, as required by Catalan consumer law.
Tourist tax
The Catalan tourist tax (tax on stays in tourist establishments) is included in the price.
